- Simplify the financing application process to reduce friction and abandonment rates.
- Increase transparency by providing clear, upfront information about loan terms, interest rates, and monthly payments.
- Enhance the user journey by making financing approval faster and more intuitive.

Virtual Calculator
ACTIONUser Research & Pain Point Analysis:
- Conducted user interviews and journey mapping to identify where applicants faced confusion.
- Analyzed data from existing flows to determine the most common drop-off points.
UX & UI Redesign:
- Streamlined the financing calculator, allowing users to instantly adjust loan terms and see real-time monthly payment estimates.
- Improved the pre-approval process, reducing unnecessary form fields and making next steps clearer.
- Designed a progress tracker so users always knew where they were in the approval process.
Prototyping & Testing:
- Developed interactive prototypes and tested them with real users to refine the experience.
- Iterated on design based on feedback, particularly focusing on reducing confusion in credit terms.
Handoff & Implementation:
- Worked closely with developers and the financing team to ensure accurate data integration.
- Conducted design QA to verify a seamless, error-free experience across desktop and mobile.

RESULT
