Stellantis - Analytics PoC

Stellantis’ executives used a third-party analytics tool for market data but found it inadequate due to usability and insights issues. I was hired as a Product Designer to create a proof of concept for a new dashboard, with minimal initial requirements.

TASK

    • Identify key pain points of the current tool without direct access to users
    • Design a more effective dashboard that aligns with the needs of top executives.
    • Present a prototype that demonstrates clear improvements in usability and data visualization.

  • Studied common executive dashboard best practices, focusing on clarity, quick insights, and ease of navigation.
  • Made assumptions about user needs based on available information, industry standards, and potential stakeholder input.

Design & Prototyping:

  • Developed a high-fidelity interactive prototype, prioritizing data clarity, accessibility, and intuitive navigation.
  • Designed data visualizations that presented complex market insights in an easy-to-digest format.
